Patiently rested in new American oak barrels for seven full years, this bourbon delivers a rich, complex character that can’t be rushed. Each sip opens with warm aromas of caramel, toasted vanilla, and a hint of charred oak. On the palate, layers of dark cherry, honey, and baking spices unfold, balanced by a smooth, lingering finish with a touch of smokiness.

My brother & I liked how smooth it was. But we both agreed that it lacked the really good bourbon flavors because of the lack of proof. We have both tried some SF whiskey that we love a lot with higher proof. Silver label Horse Soldiers is around 125 proof & is my favorite whiskey, especially with a good FRCC cigar.
