How much does it cost to ship my package?

Shipping charges vary depending on the product and destination. Select your desired delivery date on the calendar provided at checkout to view shipping rates.

Shipping costs include a custom mold designed to ensure that your beer gift arrives safe and sound, ready to drink! No peanuts or paper here. Just speedy delivery and a divine presentation that top rated craft beer deserves. 

An adult signature is required upon delivery for all beer gifts.

*Shipping to a business address is highly recommended. Our packaging does not reference its contents including beer and someone should always be available to sign upon delivery.

When will my order ship? Orders placed before 3PM EST will be shipped the same business day!

Can my order be delivered on a specific date?

If you would like to select a future shipping date, please note the desired delivery date within the calendar at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation on the day that your order has shipped. We only use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your product arrives on time. *Please note that we will do everything on our end to make sure your package arrives on time, but ground shipping does not guarantee a specific shipping date. (This rarely happens, but we cannot be responsible for acts of God and other issues out of our control!)

**Express Delivery is only available on Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery may be available in certain locations for an additional fee. Please call us at 1-800-979-6650 to confirm that Saturday Delivery is available.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most packages will arrive between 1-5 business days. Please see the map below for estimated shipping times. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order has been processed. Saturday delivery is available at no charge to residential addresses only. Orders going to a business are delivered Monday-Friday.

Are there any states where you can't have a beer gift basket shipped to?

Due to alcohol shipping regulations, we cannot ship to Alaska, Kentucky, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, and Utah.

Can I send my package to a PO Box or an APO? 

At this time we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Adult Signature Requirements:

An adult signature is required with each purchase to verify that someone of 21 years of age or older can receive the product. If an adult with proof age is not available, the package will be returned after 3 delivery attempts.

Is shipping included in the cost?

The price for each product does not include shipping. Shipping charges are displayed on checkout.

Is an invoice included with my order?
Rest assured that your recipient will not see any reference to the price you paid for your product.

What happens if the recipient is not available to sign for the package?
Our shipping carriers will make 3 attempts to deliver your beer gift. If someone 21+ is not available to sign for the package after 3 attempts, it will go to the local shipping facility and held for up to10 additional days for pick up. In the event that the package does not get picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse. (This rarely happens. There is something about having a beer gift delivered that prevents this package from getting left behind!) In the event that it does get returned, we will notify you with additional options for your delivery.

*Shipping to a business address is encouraged. Our packaging makes no referencing to beer or its contents and someone should always be available to sign for the package.

 A great way to ensure that your beer basket, crate, cooler or briefcase gets delivered as expected is to schedule a delivery time from our shipping carrier. After your gift leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information that contains a link to schedule the time. 99% of the time, this alleviates a missed delivery.

Can I place one order for multiple recipients?
At this time, our checkout system only allows for one shipping address to be entered per order. Please email us at sales@givethembeer.com to make arrangements to ship to multiple addresses. 

What if  I have an issue with my order?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 10 days. 100% customer satisfaction is our top priority. We're happy to send you replacement items as soon as possible. (Keep in mind, out of stock items may have been substituted.)

Substitution Policy
For a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific craft beer. It is the nature of the craft beer industry to only make certain beer seasonally. Also, as these microbreweries go through growing pains or expand their lines of beers supply and demand for some of their beers can change. Additionally, if distributors have challenges in getting certain beers from other distributors we may not have a certain craft beer available. When this happens we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value and on point with bucket themes.
