How do I make sure my gift is delivered with the Adult Signature Required upon Delivery?
This is the most common question that we receive and rightfully so! Beer and Wine make great gifts, but busy schedules don’t always allow someone to be home to sign for a package. Our delivery partners have several options to make sure your gift is delivered without issues.
As soon as your order leaves our headquarters, we will send you tracking information that will provide an estimated delivery date as well as a variety of delivery options as noted below. (You can also opt in for text message updates on the Thank You page after completing your order)
*Most Common Method* - Place your order and let us take care of the rest! Our shipping carriers will make 3 attempts at delivery before holding your gift at the nearest pickup location. A door tag is provided with each attempt with instructions for next steps. 98% of the time, the package is delivered this way without any issues
Ship to a business address – no reference is made to the contents inside the package and somebody 21+ will always be available to sign.
Request delivery for a Saturday or a day when you know the recipient will be home – Enter your preferred delivery date in the ‘Future Ship Date/Delivery Instructions’ box at checkout. We will schedule accordingly!
Schedule a 2 hour window for delivery – This can be done directly through the tracking information page. There is typically a $5.95 fee for this and is available in select areas.
Hold for Pick-up at Walgreens – There is no charge for this! Most Walgreens are open 24/7 making this a very convenient and highly recommended option.
