Patiently rested in new American oak barrels for seven full years, this bourbon delivers a rich, complex character that can’t be rushed. Each sip opens with warm aromas of caramel, toasted vanilla, and a hint of charred oak. On the palate, layers of dark cherry, honey, and baking spices unfold, balanced by a smooth, lingering finish with a touch of smokiness.

Outstanding Bourbon neat and excellent with heavy foods like BBQ & Smoked meats, holds its own. Would love to bump up those ABVs to 100 or 110 to take on Ice would be amazing.
Gave my two police officer sons a bottle each. They were thrilled but did not open the product. Waiting for a special day???
This bourbon has a very good flavor and is really smooth.
