Sponsor: Twisted Tea Brewing Company, One Design Center Place, Suite 850, Boston, MA 02210.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on July 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on July 28, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alabama and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, alcoholic beverage wholesalers and retailers (collectively, “Promotion Entity or Promotion Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. For purposes of the Promotion, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period visit https://www.givethembeer.com/products/twistedteasplitpack (the “Website”) and purchase one (1) Twisted TeaÒ Split Pack 12-Pack (“Participating Package”), while supplies last. Once your purchase is completed, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Participating Packages are limited with only sixty (60) packages being released each week for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, until a total of one-hundred eighty (180) packages have been released. Once 180 Participating Packages have been purchased, you may not enter via the Purchase Method. No Purchase Entry: To enter without making a purchase, hand-write your name, valid email address, mailing address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3”x 5” card and mail to: Twisted Tea Split Pack Sweepstakes-Entry, P.O. Box 568156, Orlando, FL 32856. No Purchase Entries must be postmarked by July 28, 2026 and received by August 3, 2026, to be eligible. Any No Purchase Entries received after August 3, 2026 is void.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email/household, regardless of entry method, throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

4. PRIZE: One Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a $5,000 electronic payment issued via Venmo. Approximate Retail Value: $5,000. Grand Prize Winner must have an active Venmo account in good standing in order to accept and receive the Grand Prize. Opening a Venmo account is free. If you do not already have an account, see Venmo.com or the Venmo mobile app to register for a free account.

All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with any prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.

5. DRAWING / ODDS: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/4/26 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promotion Security Group LLC, an independent judging organization, whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address or phone number provided upon entry, within approximately three (3) days of the drawing (“Winner Notification”). Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and W9 (“Prize Claim Forms”), within the time frame specified in the Winner Notification or on the Prize Claim Forms, or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in an entrant’s telephone number or email address that may result in a potential winner not receiving the Winner Notification or any other notice or prize. In the event (i) the Winner Notification, Prize Claim Forms or a prize is returned as undeliverable; (ii) the potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification or Prize Claim Forms as directed; or (iii) the potential winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, photograph/video, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.

8. MISCELLANEOUS: Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered Entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the incorrect posting of any Sweepstakes-related materials. Promotion Entities are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Promotion Entities are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, determine the potential winner through a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to the following: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office in Boston, MA; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the right and obligation of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to Massachusetts choice of law provisions.
